Well… what an incredible year 2025 has been! As we wrap up another massive 12 months, I wanted to share a personal note of thanks and give you an inside look at everything we’ve achieved together here at Blue Wave Property Real Estate.
This year has been one of growth, transformation, consolidation and momentum across every part of the business — and it’s all because of the amazing clients, partners and community who continue to ride the wave with us.

Rebranding & Expansion
2025 marked a major milestone as we officially rebranded from Blue Wave Property Strategies to Blue Wave Property Real Estate — a reflection of our evolution into a full-service sales, investment and property management powerhouse.
Explosion in our Property Management Division
One of the biggest achievements this year was the successful purchase of Norval Real Estate and their rent roll, taking us to almost 100 properties under management.
This came with:
- A complete migration onto PropertyMe,
- Streamlined systems and communications,
- New procedures,
- And a renewed commitment to delivering premium service to both owners and tenants.
This upgrade has significantly lifted our professionalism, transparency and efficiency.
Major Technology Upgrades
2025 has been our strongest year yet for innovation:
- PropertyMe powering our PM division
- Tekmatix becoming our new investor CRM — a total game changer
- 360° Camera Inspection Express, giving landlords a clear, visual, room-by-room record at every inspection
These upgrades have dramatically enhanced clarity, accountability and client confidence.

Our people are everything, and we’ve continued to build a team that lives and breathes service, results and community:
- Mary Anne joined the team, bringing experience, steadiness and care.
- Kelly has stepped deeper into the business, leading the property management division and supporting me on the sales and investment side.
- Luka has been instrumental in helping roll out Tekmatix and improving our investor experience.
- Grace, our remote team member, has delivered exceptional results on the investment side — producing high-quality property packs, keeping stock lists sharp and managing inquiry flows.
Together, this crew has propelled Blue Wave into a new era.

This year has brought outstanding outcomes for Blue Wave clients.
Not only have many sellers achieved record-breaking prices, but our investors have also seen extraordinary capital growth on their purchases.
In fact, many of our investor clients have gained more than $1,000,000 in equity this year alone — and in some cases $2,000,000+.
These are astonishing, life-changing results that reinforce the power of strategic property investing.
On top of this:
- Rental yields have remained strong.
- Vacancy rates have been low.
- Demand for quality property on the Sunshine Coast continues to rise.
- Transparency through our 360° inspections has given owners confidence and clarity like never before.
This momentum will carry strong into 2026.
🌴 Community, Branding & Giving Back
We’re big believers in community, and this year we proudly sponsored the Christmas in Alex Community Event, where Blue Wave ran a kids’ colouring competition with a $100 prize.
It was a fantastic day celebrating families, fun, sunshine and the spirit of Alex — and we loved seeing the kids getting creative with their Blue Wave-themed drawings.
We also continued to invest back into the brand, with:
- A new property management car
- A new Blue Wave–branded director’s car
- Fresh signage
- Stronger marketing systems
These moves help us serve our clients with more visibility, more professionalism and more impact.
