Blue Wave is deeply connected to the Sunshine Coast community. Founder Chris Pullen is actively involved with the Alexandra Headland Surf Life Saving Club, where the same values of teamwork, trust and service to the community are lived every day.

A Family Business at Heart

Chris’s son Luka works alongside him in the business as a Real Estate Agent and Marketing Specialist, bringing new ideas and energy to the team. Luka has also built his own property portfolio and enjoys the opportunities that property investment can create.
Chris’s partner Kelly is also part of the business, working as a Sales Associate and assisting with the property management side when needed, helping ensure the business continues to deliver a high level of service to our clients.
